They don't support browser extensions, desktop tracking apps, or telemetry sources for downstream utilization or waste. We track actual usage by plugging directly into your infrastructure. For seat-based tools, we map browser extensions and desktop daemons to trace active logins beyond IdP SSO. For usage-based models like server, cloud, compute, storage, or AI tokens, we ingest live telemetry through our SDK, Docker sidecar, OpenTelemetry, and direct integrations with third-party observability sources like Datadog, Sentry, and New Relic.
