Fireworks AI
Connect Fireworks AI usage and model metrics to Doow.
Connect Fireworks AI when Doow needs token usage, model activity, and Fireworks usage signals from your account.
What you need
- A Fireworks AI account with access to the account you want Doow to read.
- A Fireworks API key from that account.
- Access to Fireworks usage, billing, or metrics data for the account.
Use a reporting-safe key
Use a Fireworks key approved for Doow usage reporting. Fireworks documents API keys for account access and metrics export, and Doow does not need permission to manage deployments, billing settings, or unrelated account configuration.
Create an API key
- Go to fireworks.ai.
- Open Settings, then API Keys.
- Create a new key.
- Name it something identifiable, such as
Doow usage read. - Copy the key. Fireworks only returns the plain key value when it is created.
- Paste it into Doow when prompted.
What Doow reads
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
prompt_tokens_per_second | Prompt token throughput by model and day |
cached_prompt_tokens_per_second | Cached prompt token throughput by model and day |
| Model | Which model was called |
| Date | The day the usage occurred |
Doow reads Fireworks usage signals available to the connected account and aggregates them at the day level. Fireworks documents billing exports for account-wide usage and Prometheus-style metrics for deployment activity.
What Doow does not read
- The content of any prompts or completions
- Billing payment methods or invoices
How to connect
- Go to Company Settings, then Integrations in your Doow workspace.
- Find Fireworks AI and select Connect.
- Paste the API key.
- Select Connect.
- Wait for Doow to verify the key and begin the initial usage sync.
Confirm the sync worked
After connecting, open the integration detail page from Company Settings, then Integrations. A healthy usage sync shows a connected state, a recent sync timestamp, and usage rows for the expected account, model, resource, or endpoint.
If the credential is accepted but no usage appears, verify that the key belongs to the right Fireworks account and can access the usage or metrics surface Doow is configured to read.
Troubleshooting
Use these checks when usage data is missing or incomplete:
- Confirm the credential belongs to the provider organization you want Doow to read.
- Confirm the credential can read usage, billing, metrics, or organization-level data.
- Confirm the provider has usage in the selected time range.
- Check whether the provider reports usage with a delay.
- Check the integration event log for credential, scope, or rate-limit errors.
Disconnecting
Go to Company Settings, then Integrations, find Fireworks AI, and select Disconnect. Doow deletes the stored key immediately. Revoke the key in Fireworks when you want to remove provider-side access too.
Next steps
After usage data appears, connect an identity provider if Doow needs to match Fireworks usage to users and app ownership. Connect accounting if the review needs finance-confirmed spend.
