Connect Anthropic model usage and token metrics to Doow.
Connect Anthropic when Doow needs organization-level Claude usage, token counts, cache metrics, and request counts.
What you need
- An Anthropic organization member with the admin role.
- An Admin API key for the Usage & Cost Admin API. This is different from a standard Anthropic API key used to make model calls.
Use the admin usage key
Anthropic usage reports require an Admin API key. Use the minimum access available for usage reporting. Doow does not need permission to make model calls.
Create an Admin API key
- Go to console.anthropic.com.
- Open your organization settings.
- Create an Admin API key for usage reporting.
- Name it something identifiable, such as
Doow usage read. - Copy the key. Anthropic only shows the secret once.
- Paste it into Doow when prompted.
What Doow reads

Usage is aggregated at the day level. Doow does not read individual request-level data.
What Doow does not read
- The content of any prompts or completions
- Your fine-tune datasets or uploaded files
- Billing payment methods or invoices
How to connect
- Go to Company Settings, then Integrations in your Doow workspace.
- Find Anthropic and select Connect.
- Paste the Admin API key.
- Select Connect.
- Wait for Doow to verify the key and begin the initial usage sync.
Confirm the sync worked
After connecting, open the integration detail page from Company Settings, then Integrations. A healthy usage sync shows a connected state, a recent sync timestamp, and usage rows for the expected organization, workspace, model, service tier, or context window.
If the credential is accepted but no usage appears, verify that the key belongs to the right Anthropic organization and has access to usage data.
Troubleshooting
Use these checks when usage data is missing or incomplete:
- Confirm the credential belongs to the provider organization you want Doow to read.
- Confirm the credential can read usage, billing, metrics, or organization-level data.
- Confirm the provider has usage in the selected time range.
- Check whether the provider reports usage with a delay.
- Check the integration event log for credential, scope, or rate-limit errors.
Disconnecting
Go to Company Settings, then Integrations, find Anthropic, and select Disconnect. Doow deletes the stored key immediately. Revoke the key in the Anthropic Console when you want to remove provider-side access too.
