Pause or disconnect an integration
How to temporarily pause syncing or permanently remove an integration from Doow.
You can pause or disconnect any integration from the Integrations page. The two options have different effects on your data and billing.
Pause an integration
Pausing stops future syncs but preserves all historical data.
- Go to Integrations and open the integration you want to pause.
- Click the ... menu and select Pause.
- Confirm the action.
While paused, the integration shows a Paused badge. Data collected before the pause remains in your dashboards. Resume at any time by clicking Resume.
When to pause: Use pause when you temporarily don't need fresh data but want to keep the historical record — for example, during an audit or when renegotiating a contract.
Disconnect an integration
Disconnecting removes the authorization and stops all future syncs. Historical data is retained by default.
- Go to Integrations and open the integration.
- Click the ... menu and select Disconnect.
- Confirm the action. You'll be asked whether to also delete collected data.
Deleting collected data
If you choose to delete data at disconnect time, all usage events, user records, and spend signals from that integration are removed permanently. This action cannot be undone.
If you want to delete data without disconnecting, go to Settings → Data management.
Re-connecting
You can reconnect a previously disconnected integration at any time. The next sync will collect data from the point of reconnection forward — Doow does not backfill historical data after reconnection.
