Understand your invoice

How Doow billing works, what appears on your invoice, and where to find past invoices.

Doow billing is seat-based. You're charged for the number of active members in your workspace, billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.

What's on your invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Plan name — the tier you're on (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise)
  • Billing period — the month or year covered
  • Seat count — the number of active workspace members at the time of billing
  • Unit price — per-seat price for your plan
  • Subtotal — seat count × unit price
  • Tax — applied based on your billing country and VAT number if provided
  • Total due

Finding past invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Scroll to the Invoice history section.
  3. Click any invoice to download the PDF.

Invoices are also emailed to the billing contact address on file.

Billing contact

The billing contact receives invoice emails and can be different from the workspace owner. To update it:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing details.
  2. Edit the Billing email field.
  3. Save changes.

Proration

If you add seats mid-cycle, the additional seats are prorated for the remaining days in the billing period. The prorated amount appears as a separate line item on your next invoice.
