Understand your invoice

How Doow billing works, what appears on your invoice, and where to find past invoices.

Doow billing is plan-based. You're charged a flat fee for your plan tier — billed monthly or annually — and each tier includes a set number of Doow seats.

What's on your invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Plan name — the tier you're on (Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise)
  • Billing period — the month or year covered
  • Included seats — the number of Doow seats your plan includes
  • Plan fee — the flat price for your tier and billing period
  • Add-ons & overages — any usage above your plan's included limits, if applicable
  • Tax — applied based on your billing country and VAT number if provided
  • Total due

Finding past invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Scroll to the Invoice history section.
  3. Click any invoice to download the PDF.

Invoices are also emailed to the billing contact address on file.

Billing contact

The billing contact receives invoice emails and can be different from the workspace owner. To update it:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing details.
  2. Edit the Billing email field.
  3. Save changes.

Proration

If you add seats mid-cycle, the additional seats are prorated for the remaining days in the billing period. The prorated amount appears as a separate line item on your next invoice.

Questions about a charge

If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe there's an error, use Reach out to support or email support@doow.co with your invoice number.
