Change your plan

How to upgrade, downgrade, or switch from a trial to a paid plan.

You can change your Doow plan at any time from the Billing settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  4. Review the new pricing and click Confirm upgrade.

Your card will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new plan rate.

Downgrade your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select a lower tier and click Confirm downgrade.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.

What changes when you downgrade

Some features available on higher tiers are restricted on lower tiers. Before confirming a downgrade, Doow will show you a list of features that will become unavailable.

Convert a trial to paid

When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue. You can also convert early:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Add payment method and enter your card details.
  3. Select the plan you want and click Subscribe.

Your trial data and integrations are preserved when you convert.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your workspace remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, it moves to a read-only state — you can still view historical data but cannot add integrations or invite new members.
